xz77 Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules and Player Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and xz77 ("the Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the xz77 website, games, betting markets, promotions and all associated services ("the Services"). KYC documents typically include a government-issued photo ID (Bangladesh National Identity Card or passport). xz77 will never request your bKash PIN, Nagad PIN, banking PIN or any wallet transaction password — treat any such request as fraudulent.

xz77 operates a Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) wallet. All balances are denominated in BDT. Deposits and withdrawals are processed through supported local payment channels including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank and international card networks. xz77 does not charge platform-side fees on standard BDT transactions; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Unauthorised use of xz77 intellectual property may result in civil or criminal liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, xz77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the xz77 platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions or the cost of substitute services. This applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or any other basis.

xz77's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your xz77 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This cap applies to all claims in aggregate and is not renewed per claim.

xz77 collects, stores and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of the overall agreement between you and xz77 and should be read alongside these Terms.
